Provisioning

Zoom provides the ability for you to charge fees for your apps on the Zoom App Marketplace. Zoom handles all transactions, including taxes and revenue share, but is not responsible for provisioning your app's services to your customers.

Per section 1.2 Zoom as Agent of the Paid Application Terms Addendum to the Marketplace Developer Agreement: You are solely responsible for hosting and delivering any and all digital media, content, and services made available through your Paid Application.

Make sure you have implemented the Get app user entitlements API endpoint in your app to check that the user is entitled to the paid features.

As a fallback you can also use the monetization webhooks to receive notifications about changes in user and feature subscriptions.
