Summary:Introduces the ability to delete chat messages and adds a connecting indicator in the participant list and video tile during participant failover. Resolves issue where media errors 106, 107, and 207 incorrectly displayed a generic Refresh dialog, and issue where required consent dialogs could not be scrolled on mobile devices with enlarged fonts.
