# Zoom Probe SDK for web Zoom Probe SDK for web is a tool that you can use to check if audio and video hardware, network, and Zoom infrastructure offers the best experience for your users. For example, integrate it into your solution to enable users to test their microphone, speaker, and video settings before joining a meeting or Video SDK session, or to investigate customer issues such as as blurry video, choppy audio, and poor network connectivity. ## Features **Basic browser and hardware information** - Use public APIs to retrieve information such as browser information and hardware information. The Probe SDK uses a standard detection library to detect software, hardware, browser APIs, features, and other information. For example you can retrieve information about the following items. - Software (OS and browser) - Hardware (media devices, CPU, and GPU) - Features (browser APIs and features) **Diagnostic information** - Access routine diagnostics for audio and video devices and diagnostic methods for network environments. Use these diagnostics to inform network adjustments or determine whether a customer can support starting or joining a meeting or session. - Device & Permission - Audio/Video Diagnostic - Overall Diagnostic **Reporting** - Generate a report including basic information, audio and video performance, network quality, and business feature support, using the following methods. ## Zoom Web Probe Access the [Zoom Web Probe](https://sdk.zoom.com/probe) to run camera, microphone, browser, and network diagnostics for your device from the cloud. See [Add video diagnostic test](/docs/probe-sdk/get-started/#add-video-diagnostic-test) for details. - **Diagnostic** - Graphs download and upload date for Bandwidth in MB/second, Round Trip Time (RTT)/ms, Loss Rate/%, and Continuous Loss Num/%. Also includes basic, service zone, and feature support information. - **Basic Info** - Information such as browser and OS versions. See [Appendix: Diagnostic report format](/docs/probe-sdk/get-started/#appendix-diagnostic-report-format) for a full list.
