# Build Platform reports Click **Reports** to see usage and user activity reports. ## View usage reports Click **Reports** and the **Usage Reports** tab to see daily, audio conferencing, and cloud recording reports. Usage reports include the following. - **Daily** - Daily number of sessions, session users and session minutes in a month. Click to view a table of the date, sessions, session users, and session minutes for each month. Click **Export as CSV** File to save locally. - **Active Sessions** - View sessions minutes within a specified timeframe. - **Audio Conferencing** (Video SDK) - Audio Conferencing (telephony for sessions) usage in a time range. Select a start and end date for the range (maximum range of one month). Search by session ID and device type (all, H.323, or SIP). Report shows the session name, session ID, device type, callout address, call start time, and call duration in hours, minutes, and seconds. Click **Export** to save locally. - **Cloud Recording** (Video SDK) - Detailed information about cloud storage usage and cloud recording minutes usage. Select a start and end date for the range (maximum range of one month). View a graph of usage by cloud storage or cloud recording minutes (total duration of all media files, audio and video). See a report with date, used storage, and daily used minutes. Click **Export** to save locally. - **Captions and translation** (Video SDK) - View usage of translated and automated captions. ## View user activity reports Click **Reports** and the **User Activity Reports** tab to see admin activity logs, sign in and sign out, chat history, and requests to access Zoom content. User activity reports include the following. - **Admin Activity Logs** - Admins' activity in the range of a month. - **Sign In/Sign Out** - User sign-in and sign-out activities. ## View billing reports Click **Billing report** to see a graphical trend for the six most recent billing periods and billing reports by service within a selected billing period.
