Links & Support
On the Links & Support tab of the App Listing page, enter the URLs to your app's support information, documentation, terms of use, and privacy policy. This information is required for all apps and is reviewed by the Review Team for compliance.
The URLs you enter here appear in the Developer Resources section of your app's app listing page on the Zoom Marketplace.

Domains must be fully qualified and owned by your company
All app metadata and resource URLs—such as Terms of Use, Support URL, Privacy Policy, and Documentation—must be hosted on fully qualified domain names (FQDNs) owned by your company.
Hosting these documents on third-party platforms like Google Drive or Dropbox is not permitted.
However, you may host app metadata on platforms specifically designed for document hosting, such as Atlassian or Coda, if the URL includes a custom subdomain and branding that reflects your company.
Support URL
Provide the URL to your app's support page. Users can get direct support from your team. All published apps must provide a support URL with clear information on how users can access ongoing support. End users should have a reliable communication channel for assistance, and developers are expected to make commercially reasonable efforts to deliver prompt and comprehensive service.
Your support page should include:
- Support team's hours of operation.
- First Response SLA: The maximum time customers should wait for a response from your support team.
- Support phone number (if available).
- Links to:
- Create a support case.
- Email support.
- Knowledge base or forums.
- Live customer support channel (if available).
Providing this information ensures your app delivers a positive user experience and effectively supports our mutual customers.
Documentation URL
Provide the URL to a Zoom-specific guide hosted on your domain that includes detailed instructions on adding, using and removing the app.
Your documentation should include:

Adding the App (required) Provide a step-by-step guide for adding your app, including a link to a troubleshooting guide.

Usage (required) Explain how to use each feature or action with clear use-case descriptions. Include any prerequisites.

Removing the App (required) Offer instructions to remove the app from a Zoom account, including:
- Potential implications of removal.
- How user data is handled after removal.
- Specific requirements for your app (if applicable).
Example (Replace "XYZ" with your app name):
- Log in to your Zoom account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace.
- Click Manage >> Added Apps or search for the "XYZ" app.
- Select the "XYZ" app.
- Click Remove.

Troubleshooting (optional but recommended) Provide solutions to common issues, such as: - Adding the app. - Scheduling meetings. - Accessing recordings.

FAQ (optional) List frequently asked questions, such as: - Questions about authorization. - Activation emails. - Unsubscribing from email updates.

Contact Support (optional) Describe your support process, including: - Support team hours. - First response SLA (maximum wait time for a reply). - Links to create support cases or contact support via email, Knowledge Base, forums, or phone.
Terms of Use URL
Provide the URL for your app's Terms of Use agreement. The terms of use agreement is a legally binding contract between your company and your app users. This agreement protects the rights of both your company and the user, and outlines the rules, restrictions, and obligations users must adhere to when using your app and service. The link to your terms of use appears on your app's authorization page.
Note The company name referenced in the terms of use page must match the app's company name.
Privacy Policy URL
Provide the URL to your app's Privacy Policy. This is your company's privacy policy regarding the information of the users of your app. The policy must comply with applicable laws and regulations and clarifies how you collect, use, share, retain and otherwise process personal information. The privacy policy must include language informing users of their data subject rights and how to exercise them.
The link to your privacy policy appears on your app's authorization page.
